2. Website Content

Site content is reference information for inquiries and does not constitute a quotation or an offer; price, specification, MOQ, lead time and payment terms are governed by the formal offer (proforma invoice or contract). HalaLive does not provide online transaction-matching services, and does not participate in online ordering, fund settlement or collection/payment on behalf of buyers or sellers; transactions are conducted offline in the form of traditional international trade — inquiry, quotation, proforma invoice/contract signing and export fulfilment.

Where this site displays any consumer-facing products (B2C), they are operated directly by HalaLive (self-operated); the display, ordering and fulfilment are all carried out by HalaLive itself, and there are no third-party sellers or hosted merchants. HalaLive does not act as a third-party trading platform.

3. Pending Information

Fields marked "pending confirmation" are data not yet confirmed in writing by the factory; before confirmation we assume no responsibility for them and do not treat them as verified parameters.

4. Halal Certification and Documents

Halal certificates are issued by the supplying factory; we relay the certificate number and validity as stated on the documents. Buyers should verify with the issuing body themselves or through their importer, and complete registration and labelling compliance per destination-market regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content of this site and the HalaLive app ("App") — including but not limited to text, images, marks, trademarks, app icons, names, interface design, product data, copy, page structure and code — is the intellectual property of HalaLive or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark law and applicable international intellectual-property treaties. No third party may copy, plagiarise, reproduce, scrape, adapt, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, repackage or use any of it for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent, nor misuse, counterfeit or pass off our app icons, names or interface. Any infringement will be pursued; we reserve the right to demand cessation of infringement, removal of the impact, compensation (including reasonable enforcement costs) and any other legal liability.

We work to keep information accurate but make no warranty as to completeness or timeliness; risk from using site information is yours.

7. Limitation of Liability
